In case of any grievance or complaint, the clients—those who have signed up for any of the plans—can approach us, and we shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 15 days.

If the complaint or grievance has been unresolved for more than 15 days since it was first raised through the complaint form provided above, please email the Research Analyst, Bikram Gupta, at bikram@northpull.com, and we will ensure that the grievance is resolved within 15 days.


If the complaint is unresolved for the next 15 days or the grievance redressal is not satisfactory, even after an email to the Research Analyst, the clients may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI’s SCORES portal, which is a centralized web-based complaint redressal system.


If the clients are not able to lodge a complaint online on SCORES, they may submit their complaints to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan, Plot No. C4-A, ‘G’ Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (E), Mumbai - 400051.
